US Shipping and Processing times 3-5 Business days
We offer tracked shipping options within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
RETURNS
We want you to love what you ordered, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us know.
All returns must be authorized by email at contact@alexandantco.com.
Email must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following in your email:
- Name the order was purchased under
- Order number
- Email address associated with the order
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it - with original packaging and tags.
If return is accepted, refund will be processed once received by Alex and Ant Co and funds returned to the card on file.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges must be authorized by email at contact@alexandantco.com.
Email must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following information in your email:

- Order number
- Email address associated with the order
To ensure you receive the correct item exchanged due to our small batches, we recommend you purchase the exchanged item on the website.
Once we receive your item, we will process the refund for the returned item.
CANCEL ITEM(S) OR ORDER
If you wish to cancel an item or your order, an email must be sent within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this time has lapsed we cannot cancel your order and will be shipped within our normal processing times.
